This harness is for African Ring-necked Doves. I prefer to use these doves for passage peregrine trapping. I have found, especially with tiercels, that some peregrines are hesitant to grab a pigeon but will readily attack a dove. I have found this to be a key factor when targeting male peregrines and it will increase your chances with females as well. 
 
This is the harness I use to attach my doves to a lure pole. You can also attach nooses to this pattern if using a noose harness. I have caught peregrines with nooses attached to this harness.
